This is our first attempt at setting up a blog. We hope our friends and family will be interested in our experiences in Europe. We will be serving a mission for our church in Frankfurt Germany. We will be there for 18 months-starting in Dec. 2009 and complete our assignment in the summer of 2011.The older photo above is a test of this system and how it will look...It's been 4 years since we've been to Europe! Here we are along the Amalfi coast of Italy in 2005 just before Rachael "Royce's" wedding in Sicily.
We hope to be able to travel from Frankfurt on weekends. There are a lot of countries within a few hours of that central location.
This looks GREAT! I'm excited! xoxoxox

Very nice! The kiddos and I will enjoy following you on your adventures! The blessings that will come as a result of your service will likely bless all of us.

We appreciate the viewing and commenting on our new blog. I hope to get the hang of posting photos, etc. Right now there's a lot of packing and preparing activities that don't lend themselves to interesting photos! Our lives should get more interesting as we relocate to distant lands. Mel
ReplyDeleteHey, I just saw your blog off of Teresa's. Congratulations! We were in Frankfurt this last spring and saw where the mission office in Frankfurt lives and goes to church! We did some fun day trips from that area. This will be an amazing experience for you!
